I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Beauty Specialist and a loving mother of one. I am a 13-year veteran in the industry, and have been trained in Colombia, Spain and USA.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, coaching skills, and business development.
Having over a dozen certifications in the medical and aesthetic fields, I have dedicated all of my professional life to changing people’s lifestyle.
The motto I live by is Beauty, Balance and Health. I believe the root of wellness is learning to balance all aspects of life and making health conscious decisions. I lead workshops on nutrition and offer individual health and nutrition coaching to women. My methods are innovative, effective, and life changing.
